Option B: The "Heavenly Suite" Premium Bundle

$50.00 One-time Initial Setup & Calibration fee bundled together with any 6-month signed cleaning contract.

Linen Rotation Management Plan: $35.00 + / turn
We enforce a strict 3-set linen system. We strip dirty sheets/towels, dress beds instantly with a fresh set, and process laundry off-site so your turnaround time is never bottlenecked.
Amenity Supply Tracking & Restocking: $25.00 / turn + cost of goods
We audit, count, and restock luxury guest soaps, paper goods, trash liners, and resort starter packages before the next traveler unlocks the door.
Emergency Property Checks: Custom Hourly Quote
Rapid response dispatching to check locks, inspect for storm leaks, or coordinate emergency maintenance key handoffs.
Kitchen & Bath countertop sealing $199 to $300 depending on size
